This necklace is made from a natural gemstones which are cut into double terminated (double pointed) points. The gemstones are drilled and threaded with a stainless steel chain. The chain comes in stainless steel and gold plated, rose gold plated, black plated. Please keep in mind that the gemstones vary in size, color and patterns. The amethyst with inclusions is a natural amethyst with blue inclusions- not every stone has blue in it. They are smaller than the regular amethyst.
